Human Services Program

Human Services is a broad field, offering opportunities for graduates to serve in a wide variety of service agencies. Program graduates occupy positions in hospitals, community programs, substance abuse facilities, group homes, shelters and other environments providing services for children, families, the aged, and the mentally and physically challenged.  Graduates may begin their careers as human service care workers, training counselors, detox technicians, psychosocial program specialists, clubhouse advocates, activity aides, or in many other helping capacities.  Many continue their education toward four-year degrees and beyond.
