Lloyd Meadows is Associate Professor of Business at Blue Ridge Community College where he teaches courses in business and management and he also serves as Program Coordinator for the Business Technologies Programs.   He has done hundreds of hours of training in business and industry in topics such as quality improvement, teamwork, leadership, supervision and others.  Lloyd has over eight years of managerial experience with Pepsi Cola of Central Virginia where he was responsible for the activities of a multimillion dollar sales operation.   He earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management from Radford University, his M.B.A. from James Madison University and has done post graduate work at Old Dominion  University and George Mason University.  

Lloyd lives in Weyers Cave with his wife Susan and their two children, Kali and Kenton.
