Drafting
is a graphic language that produces drawings which are representations of
objects, ideas, or designs to be manufactured or constructed. Today drafting
cuts across many disciplines and levels of technologies. The responsibility
of a drafter is to use information from engineers, designers, and planners
to create computer models and working drawings - with appropriate cores and
standards - to ensure the product is correctly manufactured or constructed.
