The Fitness Center The Fitness Center is a joint venture of BRCC and the
Central Shenandoah Criminal Justice Training Academy. It is available for use by BRCC faculty and staff according to the
stipulations and limitations specified in the attached documents.
Please open and review them all. Then print out the "General
Rules and Waiver of Liability" form, sign, and return to my interdepartmental mail box, I'll confirm to
you by e-mail when I've received and you'll be "good to go"!
Make sure to use the sign-in sheet in the Fitness Center.

specifics of each station. In combination with the printed
documents above, you should have the necessary background for a
safe, sound, effective program. However, after reviewing all
this and trying out the Center, you are certainly welcome to refer
